These people have a great amount of versatility in terms of their abilities and personalities, both of which would come in handy. Let's face it: who else can you trust the swiftness of completed tasks than someone whose abilities are based around the idea of superhuman quickness? When you consider the idea of fast motion in conjunction with good work being done, I don't think that there's much room to argue on the situation.
