For those with money to spend, there are many luxurious home choices, priced at half a million dollars and up, you can tour by contacting a Realtor San Bernardino County home buyers trust.

Starting at the lower end of the scale, you should be able to find a number of three bedroom, two bath, one and two story homes with plenty of amenities and ample square footage. If you love Craftsman style houses, there are often several in the area with hardwood floors, remodeled kitchens with stainless steel appliances and cement counter tops. Custom tiles and dual pane windows are often included in renovations.

In the seven hundred thousand dollar range, you will find at least three bath and four bedroom houses. If you are interested in the Big Bear area, there may be custom built log homes on the market. The views off the private balconies and back porches are impressive especially at dawn and dusk.

If you want to stay below the million dollar mark, but are willing to come close to it, there are a number of stunning homes available, some of which are brand new or completely refurbished. In Rancho Cucamonga you might find a luxury estate with oversize bedrooms, spiral staircase, private office and RV parking. You will be able to enjoy the full size pool with spa and a gas fire grill on the spacious patio.

If you are willing to go over the million dollar mark, you can live in luxury at Big Bear. There are spacious homes with over four thousand square feet and at least five bedrooms. Open and airy two story great rooms with massive fireplaces are not out of the ordinary. You can expect a gourmet kitchen with professional grade cook tops and multiple built in ovens. Two and three car garages and game rooms are added amenities.

If you really want to splurge and spend upwards of two million dollars, there might be a breathtaking Spanish hacienda overlooking a spacious lawn and a dramatic circular drive in the front. Many have floor plans designed for serious entertaining with open living and dining areas. Walls of French doors leading out to spacious patios, columns, arches, and wide hallways add to the overall effect of luxury and opulence.

If you prefer a town home or condominium to a single family home, there are plenty to choose from. You can live at Big Bear Lake in a four bedroom, three bath log siding town home for a little less than eight hundred thousand dollars. The mountain views alone are worth the mortgage.

For those with means, living in luxury in Southern California is a distinct possibility. You only have to make a call to a local real estate agent and set up a tour of the homes.
