To make multi tasking as efficient as possible, they make use of the latest technology to make their job faster and efficient. Among the new technologies available in the market are devices like the iPad which has all the apps necessary to make a real estate agent's day work well organized and competent.

1. Dropbox - This app works with the drop box service. You can install this app on your computer or access from their website. Moreover, it allows you to store all important information in the cloud and access it from anywhere. What's great about this app is that the documents in your Dropbox folder are kept in sync across all your platforms and instead of having to email large attachments, you can email links to documents you want to share.

2. Good Reader - Good Reader can read any PDF files that you have placed in your Dropbox. Although this app is not free, it is indispensable for agents who are too busy to print out documents for clients to sign and then fax it again. This app allows agents to just pull up a sales agreement, highlight areas where the client has to sign and send it off immediately. This makes Good Reader + Dropbox such a beautiful pair.

3. Microsoft Photosynth - Photosynth is a revolutionary technology from Microsoft that automatically stitches photos together to create a rich 3D experience. This is truly a must-have app for Realtors who are looking for a faster and quicker way to create a virtual tour of a home to be listed on their real estate site that will surely stand out.

4. Realtor.ca - Although this is originally an iPhone app, iPad has make use of this to allow real estate agents and Realtors to put MLS in their palms so they can look for homes for sale, search by MLS# and find new listings.

5. HomeSelect - Home Select, originally an iPhone app provides demographic information, sales history, and points of interest for a particular neighborhood. Agents and Realtors can take pictures and immediately upload them to their social network accounts, or show to their clients.
