Condo living on the Lake by Toronto is great for many reasons. One is the the fact that Toronto for the fishing enthusiast is a paradise. This is a great place to fish for bass, or carp, pike, trout or salmon. And the islands of Toronto have wonderful sport fishing.

The best time by the way for pike fishing is in the first couple of weeks in April. You can do some great fishing on the Toronto waterfront and on the Spaina Avenue marina. You can ask the locals what they use for bait. They are always willing to help the newcomers. If going out on a fishing boat is your choice there are many top notch companies to take you out on their full day or half day cruises.

Do you like to spend time in nature such as nature walking? Then you can tour the Humber arboretum. This is where you can tour beautiful outdoor gardens, wetlands, and wondrous meadows. You will know all about the history of the ecology once you finish your tour of the West Humber river valley.

The Bruce trail is for the more adventure minded. It is a place where you can camp and hike and get in touch with the outdoors as you explore some more of a wilderness atmosphere. The trail runs long the Niagara escarpment. This is gorgeous geological feature in this province of Ontario.

And if you like sailing then this is the perfect lake to go out sailing. You can also find many companies that will take you out and teach you the fundamentals of sailing. If you live in a condo on the lake by Toronto you are only five minutes from one of the finest cities in the world.

Toronto is known for its great public transit system, its cleanness, and its friendly metropolitan atmosphere. It is referred to as the miniature New York but with friendly people. You can eat at some of finest restaurants in the world. You have in Toronto one of the most diverse cities in the world. This city brings many cultures from around the area so you have many peoples interacting together everyday.

This cultural mix provides an interesting and compelling place to live. And the crime rate is very low compared to other cities of this size. And the people are some of the friendliest in the world.

This is a city that is listed regularly on the list of most livable cities. It is the financial hub of Canada. All the major Canadian banks call this city home.
