The beach club. There is also the provision of a beach club. This is under the ownership of POA which stands for, Property Owners Association. There are services provided such as food and drink servings. Reservations are also allowed. These reservations can be made from Monday to Thursday. There are no restrictions on who and who not is supposed to go to the beach club or make any reservations that are provided.

The rules of garbage and recycling. There is a contract which is signed by the authorities of the area and the waste company to ensure the collection and recycling of waste materials. What is needed is for one to collect the wastes and dispose of them in the provided garbage and recycling containers which one is supposed to put outside for collection. Once received, the container is retained for more garbage collection. Ask your neighbor to remove it for you in case you are not available in a given garbage collection day.

The library. In the same area, a library is provided which provides library services to the residents. All that is required is for one to have a membership card where they can borrow and return the reading materials. Donations of reading materials to the library are allowed as far as they are not older than ten years.

Pedestrian rules. Walking lanes are supposed to be used by the pedestrian and where they are missing, one is supposed to walk straight facing the traffic. These rules are to be followed by any person who is on foot to avoid causing any accidents. These are also supposed to avoid the main entry road which might cause accidents.
