Grand Forks impresses visitors with its green areas and numerous well-maintained heritage homes. Located near the United States, Grand Forks attracts many people to come here to reside. This region provides ideal conditions for a living, such as superior quality of life, comfortable climate, various recreations. There are also other benefits that can be gained if you will decide to live in Grand Forks. Living here will be a lot of fun since you can always find something to do for recreation.

There are four seasons in Grand Forks, making it a perfect place for joining a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, fishing, biking and even water sports. Grand Forks is also called as Boundary Country due to its strategic position on the US-Canadian border and close to Vancouver and Calgary. The close proximity of Grand Forks to the United States also makes it a practical option for those who are constantly travelling back and forth to the US. Travelling in this region brings great experience since the roads are always in great condition. The great condition of roads makes it easy to drive to any location in this region.

For people who are interested in history, Grand Forks is the right choice to live with various mining sites which are century-old and many abandoned rail grades and also the old Phoenix town location. When visiting the town, you can drop by at the art gallery, explore the downtown area or even indulge in fitness activities in the aquatic and fitness center.
