That prospect is going to list with you or not list with you. If they list with you, you earn cash. If they do not list with you you do not earn any money. It's a pass-fail test. The more tests you pass, the more cash you make.
The #1 thing is price. Once your house is staged correctly, it's price, price, and price! Those are the top three things that you've got to target; pricing it correctly. We're in a time where we're contesting with banks, we're competing with short sales, we are contesting with troubled situations and the only way we are able to struggle with that, is if we price the houses in the correct way. Selling the home thanks to the loss of a loved one is never straightforward. When the market is like this, buyers are picky and it is simply a really hard time to sell a home. So that the biggest thing is just to adjust your overall plan or your own understood instruments. It just doesn't matter; the market is not sensitive to your plans.
