A rent receipt is a document, which is meant to behave as proof of cost of rent. The rent receipt is given via the owner to the tenant after the receipt of rent. It is a document that is meant to offer the tenant security of tenancy after they have paid their rent. It is, therefore, stated that a rent receipt is a document that is extraordinarily essential in any tenancy agreement. It may be an important to note that the receipt is meant to have positive essential features. It is best after these options are present that the document shall be considered a rent receipt.

It is, therefore, crucial that the phrases dictate the intervals within which rent is meant to be paid.

It could also be the most important that the hire receipt is signed through the landlord. The landlord signs the receipt, because he is the birthday party to recognize the receipt of money. The signatures are, therefore, an indication that hire has been received.
