Finally in 1995 I was in a position to plan my escape from the hustle of the big city, near where Mickey Mouse lives in Florida, and start a new life in Southern Colorado. It was when I was looking for property that I thought to myself "hey I think That I could sell property also" and I got my Property Brokers License and went to work concentrating on Mountain Property.
It was in these first days of 1995 I Had the vision to start a website on the Web. Everybody told me not to waste my energy or time but I could see the vision for what the Web would come to be and went ahead. Because of low bandwidths and older broswers in those days it was troublesome to add huge quality photos. But I usually attempted to bump the limits and kept up with the technology and kept raising the size and quality of our property listing photos.
