A New World of Real Estate Marketing Ideas

By Tori Junipelo

As a day proceeds, you usually have not just an increased number of ways to talk to someone else, but an increased number of chances. We'll show you what we are talking about. Say you have just woken up from a nice long rest. Everything in your house, all your technologies have been charging all night. You take a big stretch, get out of bed, and what do you do? If you are like most people you get over to your phone, not your house phone, but your cell phone. You see if anyone tried to reach you while you were asleep. Perhaps you are looking for a certain text message. Then you pop open your computer. You look at your email accounts to see if anything has come in. What you don't do is run outside looking for the newspaper. That just is not how we find out about things any longer. In the same way, that is just not how we conduct our businesses any longer. This advent of technology bolsters new real estate marketing ideas from states of imagination into states of unexplored realization.

We would guess it is all pouring on you right now exactly what that means. No doubt you are having thoughts about the Internet, about electronic mail blasts about open houses, about posting photos to your company's social network page to spread the word. It's easy.

Of course, it is important to get the whole picture so let's go through the whole thing, replicating how real estate marketing ideas can be utilized best. The cell phone is the most common of all devices, so what about realtors sending out mass voice mails? This would be an easy way to get in touch with their client base without having to go through chit chat you don't have time for.

Granted, it can also be a pain to have to check voice mails and then listen to a machine updating you on what is new. That said, maybe a mass text could be even better. Rather than going through a voice mail, you could receive a simple text with the even info of an open house. It involves no talking and no trouble.

Where else does it apply?

Naturally the employment of electronic mail, or email, has to be the best next thing. Nowadays it is of course not a big deal to have email alerts go straight to your cellular or mobile phone. However, if you are working in your office, or cubicle, you certainly do not want to be strapped to your phone. That means having an email pop up in the middle of your work is also a quiet and secure manner of getting you that update about your dream house. If email isn't working, what then?

If you don't want to limit yourself to putting in email address after email address, no problem. Simply update your company's Facebook page. It is fast, it is free, and you are likely to rope in more customers you had no acquaintance with prior, simply because they received word on a Facebook loop!

You see, this mass form of communication is endless, which means real estate marketing ideas are only going to get more intriguing, less intrusive, and fast, fast, fast.
