This Stimulus Plan is otherwise known as The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act which correspond to the biggest single government spending bill in the history of our nation. This bill spent $787 billion which aims to arouse the economy's stability by giving jobs to American citizens and once they earn enough money, they will soon spend again. Taxes are also included on their daily expenses which are very helpful in terms of fulfilling the government's project for the nation. It also aims to touch every American family and even individuals to become more progressive and helpful citizens of the society.

At present, federal grants can aid every individual with their personal needs like clothes, food, payments for their debts, starting up a business, education assistance, for house repairs and many more. For you to be qualified for such grant, certain qualifications must be possessed by the applicant of grants. Here are the qualifications for grants.
