Folks often want to know why I would actually buy a home and consequently sell it again in a short time period. Selecting a home can be such a hassle that normal men and women simply want to run the other direction, they without doubt do not want to decide to buy more properties and market them in order to decide to buy even more homes! Most likely I just like to make work for myself, or there's a chance I've created a way to make the process of buying and merchandising a house simple and easy.
