It gives the buyer a clear picture of how much the home is and that will have the option on negotiating for a better and reasonable price with the seller. It is a loan also a process where the home buyer receives a special letter from the lending institution or loan officer as a pre-approval for the specific amount when purchasing a home and to document the pre-qualification.
