Felisa said that the market is experiencing "an all time high for home affordability," indicating why now is a good time to buy in San Diego. She also, however, gave the obstacles present today, specifying that of getting condo financing, and to finish, she gave examples of the types of loans that are working very well for her extensive list of clients.
