Key to success is finding buyers for your Real Estate deals

Knowing how to find deals is not the most important thing that brings success in real estate.

Most gurus teach how to find the deals first. Every e-book or course you get starts out teaching how to find motivated sellers or find the deals and quite frankly they set people up for failure or at least a long time of learning before they become successful in real estate.

The true secret is learning Backwards. If you learn how to find buyers, then no matter the market you will be able to make consistent cash flow by selling your deals.

If you have a list of buyers who are waiting to receive information on your deals, then you practically have an ATM machine waiting for you to insert a deal and make a withdrawal.

It is totally cool to be able to pick up a deal and within a few hours have it under contract to sell. That is the best feeling there is.

So focus on learning how to find buyers first.

The one who controls the buyers controls the cash!
