Woe is me! Thats what the newspapers and network television are saying about the current Real Estate market this year.
The problems with credit and lenders going under is a major problem and I am not trying to make light of that, I do acknoledge there are some major issues in the market right now.
What is the old phrase about buying when everyone says that it is not the time to buy and sell when everyone says it is time to hold.
There is not going to be a better time to throw your hat in the real estate market. The deals that are out there now are like no other time and you want to know a secret -----You can still make a living wholesaling in this market!!
If you think there are no buyers out there in this market you are dead wrong. I have wholesaled 50 houses this year alone.
Can you believe that?
Don't be fooled by the media. There are buyers in your market. If not in your market there are plenty of markets that you can still buy in. Find out who they are and what they want and then find them a deal. Don't make it complicated just bring the buyer together with the deal.
There is a constant cycle when it comes to buying and selling. Every market has buyers and sellers the number only changes to favor one or the other in the declining market the savvy investors are the ones with the money move in and capitalize on the opportunity. If you are the one ready to help them find there houses you will be the one getting rich.
Find the savvy buyers in your market then find the Deal for them.
